I’m not seeing any errors, perhaps something is interfering, such as a plugin or maybe even the theme..?
Something went wrong when copying the link.
The form is used here:
http://major-earth.com/contact/
Screenshot with error (in Dutch):
https://www.dropbox.com/s/wm5dy6leofoymzb/screen_major_earth_nonce_error.png?dl=0
It’s a custom theme, based on the Bones startertheme, which is a totally stripped down theme.
There are only a few plugins installed.
I’ll have to test if any interferes, but I don’t think is likely though. In a few days I have time to do some testing.
At the Simple Basic Contact Form 20150317 changelog I noticed the implementation of nonce security. It did work before the latest update session.
It has to be something that is interfering because the plugin continues to work great on many sites, including my own:
https://perishablepress.com/contact/
Check out the source code to see the nonce field in effect. Then send a test email to prove that it works.
If you discover any further clues, please let me know.
Fixed it.
I had to add the page with the contact form to the exception list of Supercache. After a little searching around I found the answer here:

Thanks for your support and your wonderful simple form plugin.
Ah another issue where caching is the culprit. Glad you got it sorted, thanks for the follow-up post. Gonna go ahead and close this thread, feel free to post again if needed.
