That is exactly what I did go to wp-admin/upgrade the link you posted I have allready studied There is no solution there for my problem. I went totally by the book with the instalation.

I believe it was 2.2 upgrading to 2.5.1

now I get that message
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log. lol

that is what error panel said

I did what you said and still getting error. I can’t deactivate the plugins if I can’t get the blog going
