    Hi there, I’ve been trying to insert some blocks on my website, but unfortunaly it isn’t working. When I click the INSERT button, the stuff starts to load and the process is never finished. Could you tell me please how I can solve this problem?

    Hi,
    First, thank you for choosing our theme and service.

    Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]

    Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content click on Download Export File, and then send this file to our email – [email protected] as well.

    We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.

    Hi there,

    Same happens to me. Any solution came out?

    Plus I also tryied the “advanced text addon” that’s very nice but doesn’t take the Text HTML tag size into account: changes between different sizes H1, H2,… don’t change the size of the letter
