Hello there.
We are sorry to see you’re not satisfied with the plugin, but we also thank you for your feedback.
Please note, though, that you left a review for the full version of the plugin, but this site (ww.wp.xz.cn) only hosts Amelia Lite, where features you’re not satisfied with are not even included. This can lead to ww.wp.xz.cn moderators removing this review since it’s not relevant to Amelia Lite. We need to point out that, if the review is removed, it can’t be done by us, but instead moderators of the forum.
We see you have a few tickets open on our official support platform, but only one of them has some actual correspondence with our support managers. All others were closed due to inactivity, and it seems like our managers were able to help you out with most issues. We didn’t get the impression that it would lead to a 1-star review.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide support for the full version of the plugin here (due to rules of ww.wp.xz.cn), but we would love to help you out if you were to open another ticket on our support platform, where our managers would be able to help with the issues you mentioned above.
In short, about #2 – it’s clearly described in our documentation that Google Calendar integration only blocks busy events made in Google Calendar from your employee’s schedule. We never advertised that busy events from Google would be shown as busy in Amelia. If you connect your employee to the calendar, and if that employee has busy slots that block the employee’s schedule, customers nor admins or employees would be able to create an appointment during these blocked times.
3. We do have tools that allow you some styling, but HTML support is not yet possible through the plugin – that is true. Our developers will add this in one of our future updates, though.
4. Your customers can have Special Days, that override their work hours, so you would be able to create a special day where you could book an appointment for the customer outside their work hours.
1. We released a new version that should be faster, but we’re still working on an even better optimization.
All in all, again, we’re sorry you’re not satisfied with the plugin, but we feel it’s kind of unfair to leave a 1-star review without actually trying to work out these issues with our support managers. We’d love to help you out, if you want, so just open a new ticket on our official support platform, and we’ll see if we can get these issues resolved.
Kind regards.
