Not a valid file-type error

    Hi there folks. I seem to have an intermittent problem on this page and our other job posts, where people get “not a valid file-type” when trying to attach resumes to their applications. I’ve got the following listed as acceptable file types:

    .doc, .docx, .pdf

    and this morning I added the following as an experiment: .Pdf, .PDF, .DOC, .DOCX but that didn’t help.

    In the testing phase when setting the plugin up, I was able to upload doc, docx and pdf files with no issues, and we can see that some applicants have been able to attach files, but as of today we’re no longer able to.

    Any insights you might have into troubleshooting this would be appreciated, thanks!
