Hi there @blueroan, thanks for reaching out and sharing the error message you are seeing. I’d be happy to help look into this for you so that you can activate and get the Site Kit plugin set up on your site. Please could you first share the information below:
- Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
- Does this happen at the stage you try to activate the plugin on your site? Or is this happening during the Site Kit setup flow?
- Does the same occur from an Incognito browser?
- If you follow the troubleshooting steps here, are you able to set up the plugin?
If you have any questions about the above, please let me know. Once you have shared the information, I will review and provide an update as soon as possible.
Hello Adam,
Thanks for reaching out. I am pasting the health info after my message here. Also the error I am getting on only this perticular site, I have few more WP site on same server and am able to activate the plugin without any issue. But on this I am getting error as soon as I tries to activate the plugin, I have tried the same in Incognito mode as well but getting same issue.
Regards.

If you encounter the same issue as previously, you can try manually disabling other plugins you have active on your site one by one and trying to activate Site Kit once more.
If you continue to face the issue, it would be useful if you could share a recording of this so we can see what’s happening. You can use a service such as Loom to capture this and share the video URL via the private form I linked to above or you could share via a Google Drive link.
As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
