With the free version there is no option to use a different post type (CPT). But it is possible to do programmatically. Here is a guide that explains how.
I so appreciate the quick and detailed response. My goal then is to buy the pro version too support and make my life a little easier. We have noticed a major conflict with WooCommerce Bookings and UPS – When both are active, bookings are not showing on our calendar display (back-end). Have you heard of any conflicts like this? – thanks again
Glad to help anytime. I’ve not heard of anything like what you describe, so not sure what might be happening. Are you noticing any errors or warnings in your site’s debug/error logs? Any sort of clues would be useful.
Thanks again. Nothing in the debug/error area and tested all plugins and it seems to be WooCommerce Bookings and USP – As previously stated, don’t have the knowledge to figure this out on my own. Wondering what I can provide to help you see what might be the challenge. Thanks!
WooCommerce Bookings – when you display the booking calendar, bookings do not display on the calendar if the USP plugin is active.
I’m doing this on our staging site if you want me to try anything
thanks!
In order to investigate any issue, I need to know the precise steps to repeat the error on *default* WordPress install. That way I can install USP and Bookings on a default WordPress site and take a look, try to resolve, etc. For example, on default WP site:
- Activate only USP and Bookings
- Do such and such a thing
- Do another thing
Etc. until the issue occurs. Please keep the steps as simple and basic as possible, in order to help facilitate testing. Thank you.
