Not able to Backup

    Hi there, there was a problem with the back up, BMI-9b7dBqy3-83057. It did not complete the back up process, did not even start and an error occurred.

    Hi @andrej192

    You have only 60 seconds of script execution time allowed on your site.

    It may not be enough for our plugin to make backup even with bypassing methods.

    Please increase max_execution_time variable in your php.ini configuration as well as “Timeout” (and if exist) “KeepAliveTimeout” directive in your Apache2 configuration files to at least 300 seconds.

    That should resolve the issue 🙂
