Not able to choose payment method

Thanks for the great plugin.

I have one issue.

When I click on the “Donate now” button in the donation form, it shows me the payment methods.
PayPal is predefined. When I try to select “offline payment” I see a loading sign. But the script stops to work.

When I refresh the page I receive the same issue.

I did deactivate all plugins but this dose not help. What can I do?
