Not able to create layers

    Hi. I am using Brizy Pro 2.6.1 and WordPress 6.7.1. Besides Brizy, I have no other plugin installed (this is a test environment).
    I installed Vision, activated it, added an item, gave it a title, loaded a jpg image, and when I click on Layers, I get only and empty box with no indication of how to add a layer.
    I even tried deactivating Brizy, but nothing happened.
    I also tried opening my site in Edge and Chrome. Nothing changed
    Is it a bug, or am I doing something wrong?

    Hello. What version of PHP do you have? Also if it is possible make a screenshot of the issue, plus you can look at Query Monitor (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/query-monitor/), there may also be messages about the problem with the plugin. Anyway, thanks for the report.

    Thanks for your reply.
    The php version is 8.2.25.
    Query monitor doesn’t show any visible anomaly, but it’s a lot of information. Any suggestion as what to look for?

    I also tried it on my LocalWP test site (php 8.2.23), brand new site with no other plugins installed, and got the same issue. Maybe I am missing something silly.

    Can’t see your image – “This site can’t be reached”. Anyway you can use image services like this one – https://ibb.co/0jsKm6v. I tested on my pure docker instance with PHP 8.3.7 and WP 6.7.1, the plugin works as expected.

    My cloud site is hosted By Hostinger. Never had problems with any plugins because of them.

    I created a video – https://youtu.be/ufWt-1i36FY. I used LocalWP to test and it’s ok. I think I understand your problem, it’s because there is no informational text in the layers, it’s just blank. And yes, it’s maybe a bit confusing, I will fix it. So to create layers you need to use the tools (the panel in the middle with the three buttons)

    I knew it had to be a silly mistake! Sorry for that!
    Now I’ve got it, and it’s working.
    Seems to be a wonderful plugin, and the support is outstanding!
