Hello @mgeoffrey,
Sorry to hear you are having this issue. Previously when we got this issue, it was caused by another plugin corrupting table data thus making it not editable. We provide a script to user which cleaned those artifacts. In order to see if you are affected by a similar issue, we should first investigate the table builder in your server. Please create a user account for [email protected] so we can further investigate it.
Best regards.
Done, you should have received an email 🙂
Hello @mgeoffrey,
We investigated your tables and found that some of them are corrupted with lt-highlighter HTML tag, it might be a work of a plugin or possibly a browser extension. This HTML tag replaces the necessary data needed for text editing thus cells affected by it don’t respond to any kind of editing. At the moment we are writing a cleaner script for your tables that will remove and restore the text elements into editable state. Will let you know when we are finished. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Best regards.
Hello @mgeoffrey,
We cleaned up the affected corrupted tables, and edit functionality is working as intended now.
Best regards.
