not able to get support

I purchased your beehive pro yesterday and I can not find any documentation whatsoever.

I tried to submit the problem I am facing via your contact-us page. However, several times after solving the recaptcha. it throws an error of wpsmtp failed.

this is the only way I am able to contact you. if I am not able to get a response, I will have to file a charge back.
