@chasperlisimba – A completely blank ATP is generally due to Permalinks being set to the Default on some hosting services or a plugin conflict … have you checked both of those items and still see this issue?
If so, please submit a Bug Report (http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/) with your site specific details. You might want to include a set of log in credentials for our Support Team / Developers to get a closer look at this as well.

hmmm I moved my website from xampp to an external hoster. could that be the problem? but i deleted the nextgen plugin and all the sourcefiles of it…
i have deactivated all my plugins and tested it again…but the same effect.
I’m having the same problem. It happened after update the last version of YouTube plug in and NextGen at the same time.
When I clean the cache of my browser and deactivate all plug ins I have, it doesn’t happened, when I activate NextGen with WPML (manage languages plug in) happened the same.
I’ll write in the report-bug, but something happened with NextGen.
I can add galleries with NextGen plug in only, but there is no way to do it in the other languages I have in my website, because I need WPML to see them.
Is the second time this happened, the first one was last August with the old version of WP, after some update from NextGen it was correct.
I hope it will be correct soon.
okidoki I can confirm that the problem occurs in combination with the plug in WPML! when I deactivate this plugin and delete the cache, then the options appears (when I want to insert a gallery on a site)
