Not Able To Install Custom Theme

    Hello,

    I just got hosting at crocweb and installed a clean version of WordPress on a few domains. I am having an issue with not being able to install a new theme.

    Normally, when I use my other hosting companies, I install WordPress and then go to themes. From there I have multiple themes and a big plus sign for installing a new theme.

    However, through the WordPress that I install on my CrocWeb hosting account, I do not see any way at all to add any new themes. As a matter of face, the only theme that comes installed is thirteen-twenty or something like that.

    What is going on here???

    Someone please help. I filed a support ticket with CrocWeb but they told me that I had to contact WordPress…

    The site in question is privatelabelrights.xyz

    I mean there are multiple sites that this doesn’t work on for me but lets just go with this one.
