Not able to install or delete plugins

    For some reason I cannot install or delete plugins.

    When installing it says “cannot create directory”

    When deleting I get this message “Plugin could not be deleted due to an error: Could not fully remove the plugin(s) go_pricing/go_pricing.php.” –this is from a particular plugin Im trying to remove.

    Id appreciate any advice
