    Hello!

    Since I have installed your plugin I am not able to make backup. Which was very simple to do earlier inside Installatron. Now when I am trying to make backup, it shows this error:
    Backing-Up: Error: mysql database connection failed: host = localhost database = i4214886_wp1 username = i4214886_wp1 password = **HIDDEN** prefix = mythenbirdam
    How to fix this?
    Regards

    Hi, can you let me know how are you creating your backups? For example: Are you using a plugin, your server or other?

    Thank you

    Hello, Trying to do it in Godaddy’s Linux hosting cPannel > Installatron > Backup.

    Before installing AIOWSF plugin, it was working all fine.

    Hi, that means that you enabled some feature in the plugin that blocked your backup from processing. Try and disable all Firewall settings. Then try to backup your site again. If it works, then you know it is one of the Firewall feature causing this issue.

    Let me know what happens.

    Kind regards

    if this may help to find and solve the problem. This is the error email I received:

    Technical error:
    Error: mysql database connection failed:
    host = localhost
    database = i*******_**1 (to hide the name I put this asterisk symbols)
    username = i*******_**1
    password = **HIDDEN**
    prefix = myt********m

    Hi, yes, I have switched off the Firewall, didn’t work. Now I have switched off everything, even though it is not making backup in cPanel.

    Could it be because I have used the Database Security and changed the DB Table Prefix?
    Because one more error appears in Installatron:

    Note: There appears to be a problem with the saved database information.

    I was trying to change the name of DB Table .. now my whole site is down. It is showing a blank WordPress site with option to start everything from the beginning.. and I don’t even have the backup?

    Kindly do the needful asap. At least let me know how to have the website working again normally.

    Unfortunately without a backup there is not much that I can do to help you. You will have to contact your host and ask them for help. They should have a backup of your site.

    Let me know what they say.

    Kind regards

    hmm not good …

    cPannel is showing all the files, as well as PHP and mySQL. Isn’t there any way to link it back to the original files?

    Hi, try and backup your database using phpMyAdmin in Cpanel. There is also an option to repair the database.

    Regards
