not able to take backup

    Hello whenever i try to take backup im getting this error :

    Backup error: A exception (Exception) occurred Output file is not writable (Code: 0, line 135 in /var/www/domain.com/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/wpvivid-backuprestore/includes/class-wpvivid-mysqldump-method.php), task id: wpvivid-600ccd997815d, Please switch to Website Info page to send us the debug information.

    does this mean wpvivid backup directory has permission issue ?

    Hi @corus9

    The error seems to be caused by insufficient file permissions.

    So, please make sure to assign 755 permissions to all your website folders and files then try it again.
