Hi,

When I create a user and enter a password, I cannot use the password to log-in. The passwords error – “oops that is not the right password” is coming. I tried several times with several ids.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @vasudevb

I cannot reproduce this issue on my side. Could you double-check that the cause of this is not some plugin conflict? Please deactivate all your plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate all plugins one by one to see which one causes that issue. You can also switch your current theme to the default WordPress theme temporarily and see if this helps.
