Have any admin notifications been added to your admin area mentioning the possibility of errors occurring ? If yes, can you follow the instructions provided regarding enabling logging? You already did the other half of starting a forum thread so that’s handled.
Once the Debugging menu is revealed, please visit that and copy/paste any error logs that were captured in the textarea. If the textarea has more than like 10 lines, please use something like pastebin.com or gist.github.com to share the results. We can also provide an email address to send the logs to if you prefer that route.

I’ve tried multiple browsers and different email addresses, with no luck.
Just submitted to it myself.
Won’t hurt to re-check the logs to see if there’s new information that could help. Also I know we’re working on an issue where [email protected] addresses weren’t working, because of the + character, in case that was the type of email being tested with.
Received the email, but it’s not being automatically added into CC. No new debug log.
However, I did enable the “Bypass Constant Contact cron scheduling” it is now working properly.
Hmm, sounds like the cron system in the install isn’t necessarily working properly. Conflicts there can come from anywhere. Something else breaking things, preventing us from being able to use.
