Not Ajax compatible ?

Hi, I use the “YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter” which uses Ajax as said.
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/yith-woocommerce-ajax-navigation/When filtering shop/archive pages the lightbox doesn’t pop up anymore.
Should it work or did I miss something ?
