    Try deactivating cache plugins if you use ones.

    Thank you! I use W3 Total Cache. But deactivating it will make the website performance slow. Is there a way to exclude caching the captcha?

    I also noticed that this image is actually not available on the server. Is there any way to download this image and re-upload to the server?
