This issue usually occurs when the selected list in the campaign doesn’t include all the contacts. Could you please check if the list you’ve added to the weekly email campaign contains the 760 contacts you’re expecting?

There are 763 subscribed, and all are on the correct list.
Here are the number of emails sent the last few weeks:
Sept. 3 – 521
Aug. 27 – 529
Aug. 20 – 526
Aug. 13 – 528
Aug. 6 – 530

That’s strange! If all contacts are in the listas subscribed and the list is selected in the campaign, the emails should be triggered. There might be another issue causing this. We’ll need more information to debug the problem on your site, as we can’t replicate it on our end.
