Not all users showing

    Hi all,

    I’m a new user and reasonably new to wordpress and web design as a whole. Not sure if this is an issue with Profile Builder or with the Users section of WP.

    I am using Profile Builder 2.7.6 for users to create their profile. I am getting many new user registration notification emails since the site went live and was advertised yesterday (48 today alone) but the users’ section of wp-admin only shows 14 subscribed users until I click search (without entering any parameters). Once I clear the search, I am presented with a list of 42 users. Still doesn’t seem to tie up.

    Another side note is that the list of users with unconfirmed email addresses has users in who are also showing on the confirmed users list.

    Any obvious reasons this might be occurring?

    Hello @leesy180,

    If you have the Email Confirmation feature from PB activated, all registrations done through the [wppb-register] shortcode will be shown in the Users with unconfirmed email addresses list. Other registrations should be normal users on your wordpress installation.

    If the view from Dashboard -> Users is broken, I suggest you to check for a plugin conflict. We don’t modify that page, we just add to it with some functions and make our fields display on the individual profiles.
    There’s a sticky topic at the top of this forums with instructions on how to check for a conflict.
