I am a self hosted site though not a wordpress.com?
Can you please check again? I logged on to the wordpress.com and my website is not on an account there…

Try this on a different browser. wp-admin is available.

Make sure you clear your browser cookies and cache.
The link to login is working but when I log into my admin account this message comes up “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” Browser, cookies and cache cleared. Had a professional look at it and he couldn’t fix it.
This is what he did “I’ve checked the file permissions, created a new admin through phpmy admin, reset the htaccess file, disabled all non woo plugins, changed the php version, checked the error log which isn’t showing any errors”
