Hello. I’m new to WordPress and downloaded the plugin so that I can have someone look at my site without making changes. I am the site owner and Super, but after downloading and activating plugin, when I click “Edit User” in the plugin file, it says I’m not authorized to view this page. I don’t see the “Users-Capabilities” tab that is described in the article that recommended this plugin (link above).

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @crystelpat

Just go directly to the “Capabilities” link in your menu.

It is no longer under “Users” then “Capabilities”.

Thank you for your reply. I don’t see it. I’ve installed, activiated, uninstalled, reinstalled and activated, logged out, waited overnight and I don’t see it in my menu. After searching Google for possible solutions, I also looked for my menu settings in settings and no luck. I would really like to use this tool, so any suggestions you can offer would be great.

@crystelpat Is this a multisite (network) installation? If so, did you activate the plugin network-wide or just on a specific site? If a specific site, can you confirm that it is the one you want to use it on?
