Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
Thanks so much esmi. After deactivating all plugin’s I was allowed to comment. So I will slowly add them back in to figure out which one is causing the problems. I greatly appreciate all of your help.

I have had several people email me telling me that they are not allowed to leave comments on my site. They keep getting the error message Java Script not enabled. I have even tried to leave a comment and I keep getting the same error. I have tired leaving a comment with IE9, Chrome, FireFox, Safari, and Opera. I kept getting the same error message. Any suggestions on what the problem is or how to fix it.
Thanks
