Not applying COD fee when returning on failed order.

    Hi Again!

    I observed an issue.

    When a client fail to pay with credit card and is redirecting to failed order screen and tries to pay again the order with COD then the fee is not applying on this case.

    Any help on this? Thank you.

    Upgrade to v 1.1.6 released today that will apply the fee and disable rule even on the order pay page as well
