Chat is not authenticating on mobile and desktop is also an issue at times. Just learned of this fact from subscribers http://pickedher.com/chat need to see this rectified since user numbers are increasing and will have to upgrade to next level when the time comes. Thanks in advance.

Please upgrade to the latest version and it should work fine. Also, please note that users need to be logged into your website in mobile if the chat is enabled only for registered users. Thanks.
