Hi, no mater what I do I cant get orders to print automatically? On the orders page I can send the job to the printer using Printus without issue.

What print trigger are you using? Can you please try changing to the “Checkout Complete” trigger?

I might have been an issue our end. Will test again. How do I go about getting a customisation of the template? Or is it possible to use the invoice from PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce by WP Overnight?
