    Hi, thank you for your 3 star ratings. What theme are you currently using? Did you carry out a test using one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fifteen or Sixteen? If it works well with one of WordPress default themes then the problem is your theme and not the plugin. If that is the case then you should contact your theme developers about this issue.
