We’d love to help solve your issues but you haven’t asked for any help and forum rules prevent us from doing so in the reviews section. From how you described your issue with some IPs getting blocked, it could be a few things, but I would first like to look at a diagnostic (If you open a forum thread, I would be more than happy to assist you). You mentioned seeing visits to your site but not in Wordfence, which leads me to think these site hits actually aren’t making it to the site, as Wordfence will log all Security hits to the site. Are you by chance using Google Analytics to see these hits? They could be Ghost-Hits but I would like to help you in the forums!

As for your feedback on the Block Reasons, we are always looking for user feedback to improve Wordfence. You can always open a forum thread about your suggestion or email us directly at feedback @ wordfence . com with your suggestion. We have a lot of features that are added and changed with requests from our userbase.
