Not blocking API REST and/or listing users

    I just installed the plugin and checked deactivate REST API and disallow user listing, but it seems is not working because I can still access to API data and users.

    I removed my IP from the whitelist and also tried to remove all allowed roles to access REST API but it’s still accesible.

    My WP is on IIS server and I had previously installed iThemes Security. I tried with a clean WP install but got same result.
