I had created the original plugin few years back. For few years, however I am no longer working for the same company. Having that said I would be happy to help you with the issue as much as I can.
* I am still seen as developer since my username is still included in the plugin.

Knowing the owner of the company, you should be then replied to quickly 🙂

I have tried, no response. The whole plugin is messed up, cant even register it via links, even the payment system is broken

To be clear, at this time we’re only offering a free subscription to the ProfanityBlocker service, and no payment of any form is available.
Regarding your issue, is it part of an external plugin? Not part of WordPress?
It does not look like it is a core part of WordPress?
How can you say that, every time we click sign up it gives us ACCESS DENIED

Within the plugin (first time run) you can get a free licence (that does not require any registration on the website) to acquire a licence key, free of charge.
