Not calling all posts

When I try to list posts by month, it doesn’t call all of posts.
It only gets number of posts I chose in “Setting > Display Setting > Max # of posts per page”.

This happens in wp-pagenavi, and other plugin I used to call posts.

I did research that this is about array, but I’m not expert, so I need help.

For the bottom 2 links, it should show 23 posts, but only showing 10 because of “Display Setting” (I have it as 10).
