Not capturing Cookies?

    Hi Im having trouble capturing the utm parameters as cookies. I have installed and enabled the HandL WP Plugin, but I don’t see the cookies showing up, Am I doing something wrong?
    I see the handl_ cookies but not the utm_

    Please Help!
