Not Capturing Names – Unresolved

    This issue is not resolved, I have no idea why you have marked it so.

    I have contacted you twice to inform you that the Cool template I purchased is not capturing names and only sending emails addresses to Mailchimp.

    If you are not going to help me further to resolved this issue, could you please arrange a refund of my purchase.

    I await your reply.

    I just reactivated my IgniteUp template and plug-in – I tested the email form, and it is not capturing the name in the form field. It only lists unknown. I’m using the latest version of the plug-in.

    **note I was referring to the contact form – I didn’t realize that only subscribe information was captured. UNKNOWN is listed as the name because there is no field for a name on the subscribe form – just an email address. This will suffice for now, but is there a way to require a name for the subscribe field?**

    @ceylonsystems I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

    Hello,
    The issue is not resolved. i’ve the bug too, there’s no field for the “name”. WP v4.7.3 and IgnitUp v3.2
