    Hi @shytype,

    I checked your site. It doesn’t show any Javascript errors which is what I suspected. I’m not sure if you are checking at the correct place.

    Name and email list should be shown in the IgniteUp -> Subscribers page.

    If it’s not saving please send us a temporary login to you wp-admin. Mail us on support[at]getigniteup[dot]com.

    Hello

    Yes, the name and email addresses are showing up there. But I have integrated Mailchimp and in Mailchimp only the email address is being captured.

    How can I enable the template to capture both the email address and name into Mailchimp.

    You don’t have to enable anything. If you are using Cool template, it should submit name to Mailchimp list also.

    This is the whole point of my query, no names are being submitted to MailChimp only the email addresses. I sent you an email yesterday with a screenshot from Mailchimp.
