Hi, the plugin is not working and allowing me to checkout with a product using wallet funds. I have contacted your support on your website but got no response

@connordeancompanies Did you enabled wallet payment method in WooCommerce > Settings > Payment tab?

Yes this is already activated.

When purchasing something it comes up with a small woocommerce banner at the top which normally tells you what the error is but this remains blank.

When pressing purchase again it says that the session timed out. It stills purchases it though

This might be a plugin conflict so please disable all WooCommerce supported plugins and check.
