not clear on usage

I’m looking for a way to prevent my lightbox plugin from loading on a page which uses a slideshow with it’s own full screen function. Otherwise, I get 2 versions of the full size image (one on top of the other) when I click the slideshow image.

I installed this plugin but the settings are rather robust. Do I need to enable “selective plugin loading” to do what I need to do? It’s given as an option, so I’m not sure.. is there another way to do the same via one of the other settings? seems the plugin does more than I expected and I want to narrow it down to what I need to do for my purpose.
