Not collapsing

Hello,
I’m working with Mountain Lion and Fire Fox. I installed this plug-in and entered a couple of FAQs for testing purposes (I want to add a lot more.) When I view my page, the accordian isn’t collapsing. It’s always in an expanded state. All I want is a simple accordian to list all of my FAQs that is clickable on a computer, tablet, and mobile device. How does this work in it’s simplest form?
