Not compatible with beaver builder?

    Hi,

    After i upgaded to the newest version of beaver builder, all my popups stopped working correctly.
    Is this a known problem?

    When I click on a pop-up link, the actual pop-up works, but the page from where I am linking also goes to the link destination.

    They were all working fine, and then today none of them are working.

    For example: I’ll click a video link to a webpage that should open in a pop-up box. The pop-up opens and the page shows. BUT my webpage where the link is shown has now also gone to the webpage, instead of remaining on my site.

    Any help or guidance would be very much appreciated. I’m pretty new to wordpress.

    I believe you have posted another forum topic where you have mentioned that this occurs for all popup links not just ones made with alligator popup. You have identified beaver builder as the cause of the issue so you should contact beaver builder’s support for a resolution.

    yes – i did. Im tryig out figure out why they are not working , but with no luck so far. I believed the new version of beaver was the issue, but after reinstalling the previous version it still does not work..

    Do links created with alligator popup work correctly when beaver builder is not active?
