Hello!
The plugin mentioned hooks into the standard featured image box as far as I can see. My plugin removes that box and creates it’s own box in order to allow all the customizations.
I’ll look into what I can do in regards to the image cropping plugin, but I doubt I will add support as it might not even be possible without modifying the Crop Thumbnails plugin.

Thank you. The problem is that the 3 plugins I know doing the same thing are built the same manner.

As I want to keep my plugin as simple as just uploading an image I will not be adding cropping functionality or implementing another plugins functionality. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this might cause you.
