Hi @hellosite,
Initially, you can follow this topic in order to avoid the compatibility issue with Elementor.
However, your query indicates the premium feature of the HappyAddons plugin. Moreover, according to the forum guidelines, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
So, if you have any queries, please contact us through the official support channel of HappyAddons.
Thanks!

Hello @anowerhossain16
This topic has been writen 1 year ago. Happy addons FREE has not compability issue with the previous versions of Elementor PRO. It has compability issue only with the last version of Elementor PRO 3.9 (released 2022-12-06)
The server memory limit has set to 1024mb. You think it is not enough ? Then I should deactivate the Happay addons
I use Happay addons FREE. In my message I have not written about Happy addons PRO
Do you have checked compability of Happy addons FREE with the last version of Elementor PRO 3.9 ?
Thanks
@anowerhossain16
From the Elementor 3.9.0 System Info tab:

So yeah, there’s no issue here… :))
Hi @hellosite & @tanohex,
Thanks for your update.
I have the latest environment for my testing site. And It seems the widgets area is working fine as it should be. Even, I have tried to reproduce the issue on my local site as well. But the widgets are working fine as they should. Screenshot.
Elementor itself didn’t make its plugin (Elementor) officially compatible with HappyAddons. The rules are similar for other Elemenotr Addons as well. Plugin owners generally do the compatibility staff.
As we haven’t found any issue (Checking in progress) so I am assuming there might be a compatibility issue on your site. In this forum, we have no right to discuss more than this. So it will be better if you could raise a support ticket or reach our support via our contact page. We will look into your issue of yours and let you know the update.
Thank you.

Hello @anowerhossain16
I have downloaded again the Elementor pro plugin and after activation there was not the problem with Happy add-ons. I don’t know what was the problem but now all is working fine.
Thank you
Best Regards
Hi @nick,
Glad to know that you have already sorted out the issue. Thanks for the acknowledgment.
It seems like there was a browser caching problem with your site. Reinstalling the Elementor Pro sorted out the issue.
However, let us know if you have anything else. You can directly share your precious feature suggestions to our roadmap. We will love to hear you.
Thank you.
