    Hi @baldawayash15

None of those JavaScript errors seems to have any connection to the files of Smart Slider 3.
Anyways Gravity Forms is a premium plugin, so I couldn’t check this problem out. Also we haven’t received any other feedback about such problems so far, so to figure out if Smart Slider 3 actually has a connection to this problem or not, please do a plugin/theme conflict test as described below:

    1. create a backup of your site
    2. disable all plugins except Gravity Forms
    3. change your theme to a pure ( unmodified ) WordPress default theme, like Twenty Twenty-One
    4. then try to edit the form
    5. if it worked fine, then also enable Smart Slider 3 in your plugins list ( so only these 2 plugins should be enabled) then try it again and check if the problem starts occurring or not.

If it does, then please contact us directly over the ticket system:
    https://smartslider3.com/contact-us/support/
as we will need more details regarding this matter and the latest installer of GravityForms to check this problem.

    Best regards,
    Laszlo.
