When I activate the plugin then any page with a gravity forms checklist or radio button shows up blank. When I deactivate the plugin then the gravity forms show normally. It only affects forms with drop down, radio buttons or check lists.

I found that Jetpack shortcodes was activated also. If I deactivate Jetpack shortcodes than Shortcodess Ultimate is compatible with Gravity Forms. If Jetpack shorcodes is activated than Shortcodes Ultimate is not compatible with any Gravity Forms that use drop downs, checklists, or radio buttons.
