    Hello, @ascripter !

    We added support output table of contents via do_shortcode(‘[lwptoc]’) in version 1.4. Try this. I hope this resolve you problem.

    version 1.4 is what caused my problem. I reverted back to the one before it to fix it.

    @teacup44, we looked your site from profile and it helped us find bug. This is fixed in new version 1.4.1.
