• Dears,

we are using LocoTranslate and have updated WordPress to the latest version yesterday. Now the translations are not working and we have seen that your plugin is not compatible with the latest version of WordPress.

Please update your plugin ( 2.6.7 ) as soon as possible.

Thanks a lot for your support.

    Have a nice day,

Translations not working doesn’t mean my plugin isn’t compatible with the latest version of WordPress. True, it hasn’t been updated since WordPress 6.5.0, but patches are very unlikely to break compatibility. If there is an incompatibility, please post details.

Well, the problem has been occurring since WordPress was updated to the latest version. Before it was running smoothly, which indicates your plugin needs an update.

Would be nice if you could at least check your plugin for compatibility instead of ruling it out completely.

    Warmly,

I have not ruled it out. Hence why I asked for information.

I spent many hours testing my plugin against the last major update to WordPress a few weeks ago. I’ve also spent many hours since that last update helping people with their “translations not showing”, and not a single person has been able to provide any such information that has identified a fixable problem.

As I offered in my first reply, please provide such details that a problem can be identified.

    Hello,

It seems that since wordpress 6.5, translations (from Loco Translate) in shortcodes included in Elementor designs are not showing, do you use Elementor ? If yes, try to use problematic shortcode in a page without elementor to confirm the issue.
