I cannot understand why it is indicated as WPML compatible?
The shortcode [clean-login] is having links (register, password) that are leading to a default language on all WPML languages. If I am doing something wrong, please let me know.

If you want this plugin WPML compatible, you should have the option to remove the links Register and Forget Password from the shortcode and the user will put them manually so that they would be right for each WPML language..

Yes, it is. You can switch between languages, but only one language is the master.
