Installed on shared hosting with PECL Extension (v3.0.0).
Servers say:
Master TCP 127.0.0.1 6379 0 No

What may be the cause of “Not connected” status?

Wrong credentials usually.

Could it also be not installed?

I only have cPanel, no Redis database setup and no such credentials, only the PECL Redis ext. I guess I have to ask my provider if it’s actually available.
