Not Connecting with API

    Question 1: Why is it once I put my API string in, the string is still visible after I hit the ‘save’ button? Shouldn’t it be hashed out?

    Question 2: I have setup Salsa feeds on 2 Gravity Forms. I have verified that the feeds are associated with 2 groups I created in Salsa Engage. Once I fill out the forms, no data is being sent to Salsa. How can I troubleshoot this?

    @wpuser22lisa I’m sorry we missed your request here! Usually one needs to whitelist the site’s IPs on the CRM’s end as well.

    If you haven’t already, could you please email our [email protected] address with a screenshot of the API settings and the Feeds settings? A screenshot of the APIs from Salsa’s side would also be helpful.

    Finally, it may help us with troubleshooting if you can turn on debugging and try testing your form again to see if any errors are logged. Thanks very much!
